Bushfire up at Peats Ridge - 300ha worth of smoke's covered the coast in a thick veil, and left everything smelling of burnt forest. The sun turned orange for the first time in long while, behind clouds of ash - wasn't enough to make the moon red, though. But it was enough to cover my valley in a particularly photogenic haze - so much so, I walked down the road with my camera especially.
