
Started ninja training again. Had three unmotivated weeks off doing nothing, and now I'm paying for it - in tight muscles and weak knees - but every step gets slightly easier to take than the last, so I'll get there eventually. Done three good runs so far - each trip taking about an hour - 15min warm-up walking over the hill, 30min good run, 15min warm-down walk back home. Just got to keep it up now - find a nice loop to do down at uni, and maybe learn to GET UP so I can run in the mornings.
Hmm. That's not all, but the rest'll have to wait.
